Nausea?

So, I'm nearly 28 weeks along, but the nausea has returned. It's 50/50 that I may have gestational diabetes, so I don't know if it's that, or just the nausea itself. Anyone having similar issues?

I’m not a normal case. I didn’t have nausea until I was in my second trimester of my pregnancy but I also didn’t know I was pregnant until then either...however I’m due at the end of the month and still get nauseous
