What is happening to me????

So two weeks ago I had my period. I’m still getting cramps and my breasts have not stopped hurting. They are killing me to the point where walking down the stairs hurts. I get mad over EVERYTHING! what is happening to me? No way I’m pregnant cuz I just had my period and I took a test and it said neg. Anyone experience this?
