No symptoms

I barely have any symptoms at all at 8 weeks. My timeline is almost the same as my last kid (due date is 2 days sooner this time). With my first I was so sick I was out of work a month!! Now I have no symptoms, I had sore breasts and bloating but it all has went away a couple of days ago.. I haven’t had my first appointment yet just have had to HCG tests at 5 and 7 1/2 weeks which it went from 1870-127,000 .. should I be concerned or thankful? I am worried
