these have helped me immensely in the 5 ish months that I’ve been using ‘em (since May) pretty consistently 3 ish times a week!! Idek but imo, it’s help with cleaning/clearing all of the buildups, residues & junk, as well as scalps ph & balancing, etc. & which has made a wild difference w/ my hair overall~ from my growth, thickness, restoration, overall hair health, and so on. Best it’s probz evaaaa been lol like I never expected it tbh & have never had any noticeable luck with the zillion other products I’ve tried but this has made a world of a difference for me!! Even if your not pregnant anyone trying to get better hair or nails I always recommend prenatal vitamins they work so great. They also have a product called hair jazz but it’s on the more expensive side but grows your hair 3x faster then it’s normal rate!

Castor oil is royalty for growing hair back or growing hair in general. A little goes a long way. The oil is thick. Do not mix with anything else. Just apply directly to scalp everyday.
