Tender breast at 19wks?

Anyone else experiencing very sore, swollen breast at 19wks? This is my 3rd baby and I don’t ever remember it being this sore!!! when I stopped breast feeding my 2nd baby is the pain I’m feelin now 😭 enlarged and painful

My nipples are puffy and sensitive. I wear my bra 24/7 except to shower and I HATE taking it off for the shower 😣

I’m 17 weeks and my boobs are hard to the touch. 😭 And very sore.

My breast tenderness went away at 8 weeks but I’m 19+4 now and suddenly it’s back again

They are only sensitive when my 11 month old nurses. Especially my left nipple. It hurts so bad when she latches and never did prior to being pregnant
