She waves her arms around so much then tried to suck her hands as she’s just found them and then wakes herself up

Any tips?

* update —- have swaddled still as when I take her arms out she just ends up wacking herself in the face or rubbing her eyes so much it just wakes her up

This is where I think not having a dummy doesn’t help as I feel that would send her to sleep

Not sure what else I can do with my first she was never swaddled but I only done this because she was wacking her hands on her face to hard she would cry
