Has anyone else had little brownish/black specks like this in their baby poop? My little one is 8 weeks and breastfed only. No fever and eating normally. This is the first time he’s ever had something like this and I noticed it this morning. I’m wondering if I should call his pediatrician but I’m keeping on eye on the rest of his diapers today. Just looking for advice. Thanks!
