Favorite baby registry items for ftm?

Question

What are some items that you registered for (or could have registered for) that you swear by and absolutely could not live without?
And on the other side, what are some things people told you that you NEEDED that you never actually use lol

I used tri fold cloth diapers as burp clothes (not the pretty decorated ones that just smear spit up around).

Haakaa 
Multiple crib/bassinet mattress covers and sheets
We made a changing station in our family room (bedrooms are upstairs and it’s not convenient to walk upstairs for every diaper change. It was a basket that we kept diapers, wipes, aquaphor, and a few book in for distaracrion)
Diaper bag backpack
And the items in the photo have been very convenient over the first year

Halo Swaddle Sleepsack in Newborn and the following size
Soft brush for removing flakes from cradle cap
(If breastfeeding) Haakaa to catch your let down (someone may not buy but put on your registry so that you can get it with your completion discount)

Changing pad liners! I only got a 3 pack of the munchkin brand. I ended up ordering two 4 packs from Amazon I like better. Some days 3 will get peed or pooped on so it is nice to have extra ones to swap out.

Need- breastfeeding pillow. Boppy is my preference because you can also use it to prop baby when they’re learning to sit up. I love drool bibs that either have the plastic backing or don’t let water through so you don’t have to change clothes a million times a day. Several sets of sheets and mattress protectors. I would add a set of sheets for our bed if I didn’t think people would think were greedy(I just know there will be some incident in the middle of the night). Just a couple bath towels because they don’t need baths often. I prefer to use receiving blankets as burp cloths as they give more coverage. I like having baby hangers to organize her closet. 
Most people have ignored my registry and bought random stuff that they decided I needed. I got 3 diaper bags, one is the one I wanted and 2 others. Returned the one that I could, the other I’ll make be an emergency bag in the car. Got lots of baby wash and lotion. We won’t be buying any for quite a while.
