How much do you gain during your period?

I got a paraguard IUD 4 cycles ago and I am noticing a significant amount of weight gain during my period. I am like a beluga whale. I don't own a scale so for those who do, am I crazy? I feel like I pack on 10lbs.

It’s normal for women to fluctuate on their period, some more than others but we retain water to stay hydrated, our uterus swells etc.
