Oozing bump in ear?

I noticed this bump in my ear. I felt my ear get damp all of the sudden which is what got me looking. It looks like the bump has opened itself & is weeping clear fluid mixed with blood.

Is this just a pimple or a cyst or something I should be more concerned with?

I tried squeezing it the best I could but it’s in such a difficult spot I couldn’t really do anything. It does hurt when I try to get more stuff to come out.
