Can someone please tell me if this is just a newborn acne or if it is a rash/eczema? My son is 1 month old and his skin has flared up quite badly with this and his eyes seem a bit puffy?

Looks more like rash possibly to me. But I'm not a doctor. I would take him to the pediatrician to verify for safety. Especially if his eyes are looking puffy.

It’s all over his scalps as well... that’s concerning. I’d take him to get seen.

When my son had heat rash it looked similar to that but not as bad as your son. I would just call his pediatrician to have him be seen just to make sure he’s ok.

Looks about how my son had it but than I see it’s all over his body , maybe contact Pedi just to Stop the worry .
