What should I do?? Maybe breast cancer?!?

I need some advice ladies! Quick background on me, I am 19 years old, I have a 28 month old daughter who I breastfed for 18 months and I do not have dense breasts whatsoever (so I’ve been thinking with my young age, breast type, and breastfeeding history, I would not be at risk for breast cancer right now!) Annnyways, I have had a wound on my right nipple for 4 months. It WILL not heal and I have tried EVERYTHING! I thought it could possibly be a yeast infection so I’ve tried every yeast medication, I’ve tried Neosporin, I always keep a nursing pad in my bra as to not let it get dirty or anything and also to soak up the drainage coming from it. It started as very itchy flaky skin, and has now turned into like an ulcer. It will have some days where it like scabs over and gets like crusty and I think it may be healing but then it goes right back to open and oozing clear fluid. It is only on the nipple and not anywhere else on my breast. It is constantly uncomfortable and itchy and burning, and it’s like my entire breast is itching and burning like deep inside if that makes sense. I do self examinations and I haven’t felt any lumps but it does feel a bit fuller than my left breast. Also, I’ve had mastitis before and it was NOTHING like this so I know it’s not that. I have no health insurance and I absolutely can not afford to pay out of pocket for an examination. Any recommendations? Has anyone ever experienced this? Has anyone ever had breast cancer and experienced something like this? What should I do?!?
