My bf was supposed to come home from ait this Friday. Today he calls me and says that he can’t come home because his orders have gotten changed. He was supposed to South Korea, but is now getting stationed in the US. I’m grateful that he’s staying in the US, but he’s already paid $450 dollars for his plane ticket to come home. Whatever airline he’s booked with won’t refund him the tickets even with his situation and his commanders won’t help him. He’s not the only one going through this. Six other soldiers have already booked their tickets too.
