40 weeks and 3 days mucus plug??

This is my first pregnancy I have been having bad contractions all day and then in the shower this fell out after sex. Is this my mucus plug? Sorry for the tmi pic

I saw someone I follow on Instagram that said their mucus plug was green and it meant their baby pooped in uterine. She had to have a c-section to get him out because it is serious. Not sure if that’s what’s happening here.

I have no idea what that is my mucus plug was very thick very gelatinous parts were clear parts were bloody parts kinda creamy looking, but the mucus plug is huge, those pieces look like small blood clots, probably worth a call to you ob.

It looks like maybe some of it. I would let your doctor know. They will probably tell you to wait until your water breaks or contractions become regular.
