Beta test

So I took a home test at 16dp iui and got + the same day I had a beta as I was getting terrible pain in my upper tommy it was 74.65 I was told tht I can be a miscarriage or a healthy pregnancy and tht I would have to go bk in a week to redo the test I so scared wat the result may be. I took another test today to c if my lines are getting darker it looks so to me. What do u guys think?
