They sent out a text, email, and called my cell phone with an automated message. They had previously closed all elementary, middle and high schools in my city this week due to a teacher getting it who had a lot of contact with students and other faculty. There are 9 people in my city who are confirmed coronavirus cases and there’s about 31 confirmed cases in GA, one death so students were petitioning for them to close the colleges in my city too. Ga State Univ. got at least 20,000 signatures before today. guess I’m going to have a loooong spring break lol just me and a screen ready to face the inevitable online courses 😂
