Down syndrome

So today I got the new that my baby might be a down syndrome baby and I don’t know why, I’m only 36 years old, I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs, don’t drink much and try to eat healthy.

I use to think that only kind and special people can have special babies but it’s hard to know that it’s you, it’s easy to tell others that they are great but so difficult when it comes to you.

I’m so devastated and so scared of the future of my family. I’m afraid to not be able to work again because I really enjoy what I do and not for nothing but I’m a pretty good hairstylist, I always said that I couldn’t be a home mom but it might just happen.

The doctor got more blood today to do a more intense test and be a 💯 % sure but I’m so nervous about afraid.

Did it happened to anyone here, did they got positive and then negative or was it just negative?
