I was cleaning and all of a sudden I got this massive pain. It literally feels like contractions. It’s lower abdominal pain and lower back pain. It hurts so bad. I haven’t done any heavy lifting or anything crazy so I’m not sure where this pain is coming from. Seriously feels like I’m about to give birth again. I’m breastfeeding so I haven’t gotten my period yet. What could this be?!😩
