SMA (Spinal muscular Atrophy)
I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with a little boy and this is my 2nd pregnancy. I was just informed that I am a carrier for SMA and so is my husband. We didn’t have this issue with my daughter but I am absolutely terrified of what that means for my son. All my OB can tell me is to see a specialist to further my pregnancy. I don’t know what to do anymore besides freak out and cry thinking the worst.
