Alright ladies I just bought this stuff and is there any tips on how to use this? Do I put the tube all the way in near my cervix ? Do I put it in 15 mins before sex? If so do I have to stay laying down ? Can he tell I have this in me? Ugh idk what I’m doing and nervous!
