Lededra D • Hey, I am 26 years of age. Me and my better half have being trying to Concieve for 6 years. Hopefully we'll be able to get our little blessing.

So originally my goal was to get back to 125 pounds but I'm loving where I am not. Anyways here is my story. All my life I had been petite. Once I graduated high school however that changed. Not drastically. It was a slow thing until one day I looked in the mirror and saw just how big I had gotten. Um people had been telling me but I was denial bad. So on that day that I say what I looked like it made me cry. I truly did not like how I was looking. Then to see the scale say 171 point something pounds. Omg. I asked my husband why he didn't warn me and he looked at me as if he didnt know what I was talking about lol. So I cut juices and sodas. Only water and I begin to lightly exercise. So I went down to 145 pound but I fell off and gained back to 154 pound. So I've been maintaining that weight for 2 years now. So around mid December of 2019 I read on Facebook this lady said she lost weight by cutting out eating food after 7:30 p.m. And that's what I did. And so now I'm clocking in at 133.4 now. Some days it goes up to 136 but it drops back down. Now im working on toning so that may be why.
