Has my baby dropped

Im 28 weeks. I been having constant Braxton contractions since last night, my lower back has been hurting when I turn my body or get up while laying down. I work overnights and this entire shift I can literally feel his head pushing on my cervix off n on and it’s very uncomfortable, I feel him constantly moving though. I had my last ultrasound at 23 weeks and the ultrasound tech even said he’s very low lol. I had my last son at 35 weeks and he was perfectly healthy and went home the first week.
