10 month old sleep regression, HELP???

My girl just turn 10 months a couple days ago, sleeping was doing okay, self soothing was doing great. She’s terrible now. Screams bloooooodddddy murder when I leave her room, and she is up all night long. She is learning to crawl. She army crawls, she gets herself up to all fours and screams in her crib. Anyone else ?

Yes. My son is up till 10, 11, 12. It takes forever to get him to go to sleep. It is so draining. I hope he goes back to his regular self soon. He will be 10 months on the 23rd. 
He will fall asleep when I am rocking him, but as soon as I put him down he wakes up pulls up to his knees and just screams. It has been going on for a week now.

Same thing. My son is learning how to actually crawl and has been a mess since 😭 he’s really fast at army crawling and he used to never wake up and now he wakes up three times a night crying

I could have written this myself. My baby who turned 10 months on 12th and started crawling on same day as well, her sleep has been a mess lately. She fights naps and sleeps. Once asleep, she would wake up every damn 15 mints. I m miserable, i haven't slept in days😪 please tell me, this crazy regression is gonna pass soon.
