Little frustrated

So I'm pregnant pretty pregnant almost 9 months and lately during sex I'm doing all of the work pretty much which isn't easy being so big, we rarely have sex I'm not sure why it's not because of the baby but I'm never satisfied we don't make out or due much foreplay so it's always uncomfortable. I'm pretty happy with how my body is right now but I feel like I'm wasting my pregnancy body since my OH never touches me or feels on my body. I find myself frustrated more then not, anyone else do all of the work during sex or have a partner who isn't that loving during? I've talked to him and he said he's tired alot which I get but I feel like why not put more effort into touching and all that since I'm doing it all anyways.
