Hi ladies so I'm freaking out a little. And need a little help.

I am currently 6 weeks and 3 days. I have had a miscarriage before this pregnancy. To start off everything before today as been fine with pregnancy. Haven't had first ultrasound with doctor, however went to the hospital on the 5th because I pulled a muscle in my back and they did a ultrasound that should the sac and all but no fetal pole(I was to early they said)....anyways I celebrated our anniversary night last night with some much needed loving needless to say now I'm bleeding....not alot just comes and goes since last night. No pain in my stomach or anything else. Should I be concerned? As anyone ever bled after sex while pregnant? I really don't wanna go to the hospital if I dont have too...does anyone have any advice for me?
