Cold remedies

Hi ladies !

So i have a cold more runny nose and congestion and been taking robitussin every 4 hours but now my 10 month old has a runny nose that I can’t get to stop ! No fever , still drinking her bottles and eating and still playing like Normal . I have been suctioning her nose ( which is world war 3 ) , doing Tylenol and alternating with ibuprofen and saline drops . Any other recommendations ?! I don’t know if I should just ride it out or take her to the doctor 😩😩
