Loss of Insurance

I’m 19+5 and I missed a payment on my marketplace insurance because they never sent a bill. Actually they haven’t sent a bill since the new year. I’ve tried to file an appeal but because they are documenting that I was terminated due to failure to pay, the insurance company says I have no form of repercussions and I can’t restart my plan. So far I cannot find any private healthcare plans that cover maternity care and I don’t qualify to reapply in the marketplace. Has anyone been in this situation? Is anyone without insurance and has some recommendations?
