Chronic yeast infection?

Who’s had chronic yeast infection and what type of treatment cured you?

Fluconazole, then 7 day over the counter treatments. And then once it was gone gone. I did boric acid vaginal suppositories for like a year total (i think it was a couple times during each menstrual cycle. The start and the middle). Sometimes I would do a suppository if I felt unbalanced randomly too lol.
I also switched to all cotton underwear and stopped using tampons.

Getting off of birth control did the trick for me! 
Never had yeast infections before, got on birth control, they happened so frequently I was diagnosed with chronic yeast infections. 
Fluconazole was the only thing that worked, the over the counter creams never worked after a while. No amount of dietary or environmental changes did a damn thing. 
When I finally stopped taking birth control, that is when the infections stopped entirely. Now I only get them when I take antibiotics.

Fluconzole. I think at most I'd have to take like 2 in a week. But there was like 2 years where I had to go back in so often from yeast infections that she literally just wrote me a prescription for like 4 pills a bottle and a few refills because she felt bad that I was constantly going in over it 
Once I started taking Florajen religiously, wasn't using soap down there, made sure I was wearing cotton underwear, and things like that, they dramatically decreased. Now I just get them once or twice a year (which is pretty good considering every women in my family gets frequent yeast infections)
