So I had a very light bleeding March 7th-10th and it was enough for a pantyliner. It was a dark brown like old blood and some light pink at times and it would start and stop over the 3 days.. That started 5 days before AF was due. Now I'm 3 days late for AF 🤔 I havent gotten a full blown period and i tested and it was negative but that was only a day or so after the light bleeding stopped. Been taking prenatals and better care of myself. Does this sound like that was implantation? My panty line area where my ovaries are are a little puffed up as well but I'm not in any pain.. 🤔🤔🤔 helppp.

BTW! I never spot before a period .
