Pubic pimple?!?

So I’ve had this pimple in my pubic area for about a month (give or take). I know that it was normal so I let it be. However the pimple got bigger and tender. I continue to let it be thinking it was a boil and I applied benzoyl peroxide occasionally. Now it popped on it’s own and it’s bleeding a lot since yesterday. It also hurts to the touch.

I don’t know what to do! It looks really gross and I’m afraid of it getting infected if it continues to bleed. I’m 17 and I don’t want to explain this to my mom😰 PLEASE HELP

(Also I have not had any sexual contact ever)
