Birth control doesn’t affect breast size. Genetics has much more to do with that.
That being said, the hormones in birth control can cause breast sensitivity or swelling, but it’s temporary.
A lot of times, women get on birth control in their mid teens, when their breasts are still developing, and think there’s a correlation when there’s not.

My boobs grew when I was on the pill and they stayed bigger when I stopped taking it 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess the hormones encouraged their growth. There was/is definitely a noticeable difference.

I was a B got on BC went to a C got off they stayed for back on and they went to a D. Got pregnant lost my baby girl at 21 weeks, had the engorged boobs and all then they went back to a C 😩 I want my Ds back so bad. I noticed they also lost their perkiness too. ￼

yes and no. it made my boobs bigger for maybe 2 weeks cause i was getting ready for my period, but they were so swollen and sore i would cry trying to sleep sometimes because i needed support of a bra or something because they were so heavy.
