I’ve heard of people laying on their back with a pillow under their butt to help tilt the sperm in the correct direction. lol

There isn’t any evidence that shows a certain position after sex will help any more than another. As soon as he cums in you it should go right where it needs to go and holding any position after is unnecessary :) But that being said, if it gives you more reassurance to do it, go for it! I just don’t think it makes a difference, but it wouldn’t hurt lol
