This month i had to take 2 plan bs.... i know im stupid. But this morning i woke up to cramping and bleeding like my period started. It’s the after noon now and the blood is dark brown like it would be the end of my period already. Is that what spotting is or do i just probably have a light flow cause of the pills i had to take? I went through two tampons already so I feel like that’s too much for spotting but idkkk i also had a lot of caffeine this morning if that has anything to do with it
