Pregnant w/ Endo

I’m currently 9w2d and have endometriosis and currently cysts on my ovaries. This pregnancy so far has been super painful. Anyone else been through this? Just looking for some advice/ encouragement/ to stop me from fearing the worse. Thanks ladies.
