Is it safe to disinfect with bleach? If so, how?

Please explain the steps if you can. Also, should I open windows? I’m so so nervous about it but I’m also terrified of the virus and bleach is literally all I have. Everything else is sold out of stores and only sadly. I have a 19 month old so I want to make sure everything ok.

It’s safe look up proper mixing radios. When I worked in daycare it was 1 tsp to 16oz water for weak sanitizer and 1 tb to 16 oz water for strong

I usually do 1/3 bleach mixed with water. Let sit on surfaces such as counters, sinks, tub, toilets for 30 sec or longer. I also use in dish water and for silverware and cups to kill germs and bacteria. 
I spray door handles, remotes, and any communal spots regularly. If u want something less abrasive then use vinegar.
