Light bleeding after taking plan B

So I took Plan B the next morning (March 2nd) after unprotected sex . My period was supposed to start today (March 17) but it’s super light only when I wipe. Is my period just really light because of the pill ? Does it mess with your cycle ? This is my first time taking Plan B
