Feeling sick hot flushes

Since yesterday I’ve been having hot flushes and feeling really really sick I’ve thrown up 3 times today. Does anyone know what’s going on why I’m feeling like this? It is normal? Is anyone else experiencing this? I’m due 2nd of April with my first baby (currently 37 weeks and 5 days)
