What do I do!?!

I had my csection on the 12 of this month, since then have developed a rash( I think caused by the tape) on the right side next to my csection but also feeling extremely weak and very nauseous and have no appetite, I know I should go to the clinic and should be seen but the coronavirus has spread everywhere in Washington even in my hometown and I am scared for my newborn daughter the most, what do I do, I feel like something isn’t right but I’m scared for my kids
