I didn’t want to be that person posting such graphic photos ... but I’m desperate and tired .. I found out I have a cyst on my ovary it’s been causing a lot of pain (mind you I’m allergic To acetaminophen )

My doctor put me on LOLOestrogen a birth control pill to help with the pain and my ovulation.. But the pain is still here and worst... I’ve been bleeding for 10 days (7 days is normal) and the blood is watery with chunks of blood clouds .. I’m tired of doctor visits. I can’t afford and no answers ..help
