Partial hysterectomy fears 😐

I am 28 weeks pregnant with placenta previa and accreta. My uterus is fused with the placenta and possibly my bladder. My doctor has had me on complete pelvic rest this entire pregnancy. Now that I'm being told that I have to have a cesarean hysterectomy I am worried that sex will never be the same. We had a good time before being put on pelvic rest and I don't know what to expect afterwards. Does anyone have any advice on keeping her taut or does it change the physiology completely? I'm so scared. 😢
