Please tell me if this is normal after having sex

I’m exactly 6 weeks pp. my dr told me I could have sex today. So we went and bought condoms and had sex twice. It was a little painful at first the first time but got better. The second time we were pretty rough and it felt amazing. But I was a little sore after. I didn’t have any stitches btw. So I get in the bath and I push and blood comes out. Is this my period or is it from the sex? Has this happened to anyone else ? Should I call my ob call dr or can I wait until tomorrow.. I have a little cramping
