I have to see my doctor tomorrow Wednesday March 18

If I don’t see my therapist I won’t get my medication refilled.

I text him tonight to ask him if he can put my RX in without me going into his office.

He was also on vacation for 30 days and I believe he traveled to India where he’s originally from.

All of this is adding to my anxiety.

What is everyone doing to keep up with life in general?

I’m taking the only safety measure u know which is to stay home. Thanks everyone
