pls help

If my ovulation is on March 4 but i took it on February 23. i had withdrawal bleeding on 28th so meaning my ovulation is not on March 4 bc what plan b does is delayed my ovulation? Am i correct? Or March 4 still my ovulation day even if i took plan B on 28th?

My ovulation period is Feb 28-March 5
