Period but positive results?

Question

I was due for my period on Friday, and I did an early test Thursday night which I thought was positive. Did one Friday morning and it was negative. Got my period Friday afternoon. Finished Sunday. Had some spotting today and have done 3 tests this afternoon. They all say pregnant but I got my period! So confused!! Can I celebrate or not yet?

Plenty of women bleed during the 1st little bit of pregnant it’s common but not normal so like the other ladies said call OB but yeah you’re pregnant!
