I wonder if I had this already while 9_10wks pregnant

I became extremely sick back in December 2019 just 3 days after Christmas. I was vomiting,fever of 102-103 and was constantly freezing as though I was outside in the winter air although despite having 20 blankets on me. Extreme migraines for days, so much weakness, body aches that were excruciating to me, and very bad sore swollen throat, and was very hard to breathe. I went to the Er I was barely able to hold my head up and not to mention I was 9-10wks pregnant at that time. My family and I had our flu shots just 3-4 months prior. But yet...my flu test came back negative? Same with strep. I hadn't had the flu in over 10yrs since having the flu shot started 10 years ago after a very bad case of the flu that knocked me down for 2wks straight from not getting the flu shot nor had I ever been this sick in 10yrs ever. So this kinda has been making me wonder...could I have already had this?
