I just took my first dose of antibiotics for uti. Still burns?

I took the first pill like 30mins ago and it still burns.... How long does it take? I'm taking augmentin.

Mine took a couple of days to stop burning. Cranberry juice helps. The real kind not the cocktail.

Can take a few days to even start working. 
Maybe try some ural or you can put a bit of bicarbonate soda in a drink of cordial and it will help with the burning by dropping the pH of your urine and making it less acidic
