What’s wrong with my tongue

Hello guys so I have a double ear infection and my doctor put me on antibiotics and now my tongue hurts so bad and it looks disgusting I’m thinking it might be oral thrush cause of the antibiotics. There are also red bumps on the back of it! Is this oral thrush??
