Sick while pregnant

I'm nm ot extremely sick I know it's my allergies acting up. Can we take allergy medicine? I'm not too stuffy just a runny nose and chest congestion but no green mucus so that's good right? Doesn't hurt too bad to cough. I'm fearing the coronavirus right now so I'm watching my symptoms closely but I'm positive it's just allergies
