What are your ways of staying active?

This is mostly just to chat but also for motivation and ideas. I really want a VBAC this pregnancy so I’m wanting to stay as active and healthy as possible.

So far I try to do indoor bike or yoga every day as well as squats every day too as I’ve read that can help keep the pelvic floor open and strong for labor.

I also do a lot of walking although less now that my university is closed.

I have some issues with 2 previous hip surgeries and a current labrum tear in that same hip (yay me) so I can’t do everything and I often have to modify. But I’d love some more ideas!

What does everyone else do?
