Cramping 10 days before?

I have 10 days till my next period arrives and I’m usually pretty regular only ever a few days out! But I’ve been getting cramps which don’t normally happen until the day before. I’ve been having them for 2 days and just need a little advice seeing as I live with my dad and he’s no help 😂
